Julie Chu Hawaii

Julianne Chu is a full time certified special education teacher in Honolulu, Hawaii. She enjoys an active lifestyle including hiking, surfing, and swimming in her island paradise. Julianne also loves traveling, art, music and her three miniature dachshunds; Ruby, Stella and Kona. Her fur babies inspired her to write and illustrate her first children's book, Curly the Dachshund, to promote self-esteem in our children. She has also walked in New York Fashion Week with Manaola Hawaii where she was able to help perpetuate Hawaiian culture through fashion and fulfill a life-long dream. Julianne is passionate about volunteering to help differently able people in Hawaii. She is a proud member of the young executive (YEs) board for Special Olympics Hawaii.
